  • 30 Minute Session
    $45
    This session will be more of a focus session. We will use this time to target a specific injury or problem site.
  • 60 Minute Session
    $80
    This session will be customized to fit your request. We can use this time to focus on multiple areas of soreness and stiffness. At times I will also use hot/cold stones to help release trigger points and smooth out tight muscles.
  • 90 Minute Session
    $120
    This session will be customized to fit your request. We can use this time to focus on multiple areas of soreness and stiffness. At times I will also use hot/cold stones to help release trigger points and smooth out tight muscles.
